Ben and Ami were AH-MAZING! First of all, my experience with Nelson Family Fence was due to my backyard neighbor getting their entire yard fenced in. I've been wanting my yard fenced in for 5 years and never had the money or felt very good about previous quotes from other companies. The guys on Ben's crew were very polite and friendly but referred me to Ben to answer my questions. Ben ultimately measured my yard the same day and gave me his wife Ami's phone number to see when they could fit me on the schedule, which turned out to be the following week! Ben and I didn't communicate 100% clearly, because when the day came to install my fence I thought we had agreed on something a little different. Without hesitation, Ben figured out a way to fix the situation and got Ami on the phone to confirm. Honestly I don't even think our miscommunication was a very big deal, however Ben made sure to make me feel EXTREMELY comfortable with the outcome of the situation. Ben and Ami are absolutely amazing and I have already passed out their Facebook page and phone number to three of my friends and a neighbor who all want their fences repaired or installed from a reputable company. We looked at several companies to install our fence and Nelson Family Fence is the company we chose. The challenge of obtaining materials during this time has been tough on a lot of businesses and a couple of companies we contacted just told us they couldn’t get the materials we needed. We should be patient with each other and The Nelson family worked very hard to get the supplies they needed and our fence was installed last week! It looks fantastic and our little dogs love it! Now for a few words about this experience overall - The Nelson family work very hard and this becomes apparent as soon as you meet them. They put in long hours, but that’s not what left the biggest impression on us. What stands out the most is that they are a wonderful family and sometimes they’ve got their little ones with them, because... it’s a family business! If you are looking for top quality fencing at a reasonable price, hire Nelson Family Fence! We rate them 5 stars or however many stars is the most you can get! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was recommended Nelson Family Fence from a friend. I am so happy for the recommendation! I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service and the quality of their work! From the first point of contact they maintained open communication and even sent pictures of the project phases. I had them install 195 fence posts recently. Their lines of the posts are impeccably straight! We liked them so much to have them back to do a chain link dog fence and we are confident that project will be just as great. We are so thankful for the recommendation and will not hesitate to sing their praises to others!
